Vinny is an award-winning artist who has been tattooing for over 15 years in HarCo. He specializes in black and grey tattoos and working with darker skin tones. A military brat, Vinny spent his formative years in Germany, moving to Maryland in 2000. Vinny is a community leader who started volunteering in the local sports community after his daughter, Ava, lost her battle with brain cancer. A natural born leader, he adds value to everything and everyone he touches.
